Thank you for choosing QDesignStudio. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please review these terms carefully as they govern our relationship with you.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using QDesignStudio’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from using our services.
2. Services Offered
QDesignStudio provides graphic design services, including but not limited to logo design, brand identity, business cards, social media graphics, brochures, and other design solutions. We primarily offer digital deliverables; however, we can arrange for physical prints and merchandise upon request.
3. Project Initiation and Workflow
Consultation: The project starts with an initial consultation to define the scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost of the project.
Approval and Revisions: After the initial draft, you will have the opportunity to review and request revisions. Revision limits and project scope will be agreed upon at the start.
Final Delivery: Once final approval and full payment are received, QDesignStudio will deliver the completed digital files or arrange shipment for physical items if applicable.
4. Payment Terms
Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start most projects. This deposit secures your place in our schedule and compensates us for initial work done on your project.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project, before the final files are delivered.
Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers and other online payment options. Specific payment details will be provided during the project onboarding process.
5. Revisions and Additional Changes
Each project includes a set number of revisions, which will be clarified during the consultation. Any revisions or changes beyond this agreed scope may incur additional fees.
6. Intellectual Property and Ownership
Client Ownership: Once final payment is made, you will have full ownership rights to the final design, including the right to use the design as you see fit for its intended purpose.
Usage Rights: QDesignStudio retains the right to showcase completed designs in our portfolio, social media, or promotional materials unless you specifically request otherwise.
Source Files: Editable source files (e.g., .psd, .ai) are not included in the standard delivery but may be provided upon request and may incur an additional fee.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
Client-Initiated Cancellation: If you choose to cancel the project after work has started, we may issue a partial refund based on the work completed at the time of cancellation.
Completed Projects: Refunds are not provided for completed projects where deliverables have been approved and delivered.

8. Project Timeline and Deadlines
Estimated project timelines are provided at the beginning of each project. While we strive to meet deadlines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including additional revision requests or delayed client feedback.
9. Limitation of Liability
QDesignStudio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our designs or services. We provide all work “as is” and do not make guarantees beyond the specifications agreed upon at the start of the project.
10. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to provide accurate information, clear instructions, and timely responses. Delays caused by failure to communicate or provide necessary information may affect the project timeline or result in termination of the project.
11. Confidentiality and Privacy
QDesignStudio respects the confidentiality of your information and is committed to protecting your privacy. We only collect, use, and disclose personal information as necessary to fulfill the project requirements. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.
12. Modifications to Terms
QDesignStudio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions as needed. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated to you directly. Your continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms will be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
