At QDesignStudio, our primary focus is digital graphic design services, so most deliverables are provided digitally. However, for clients who order physical items, such as printed materials or merchandise, we have outlined our shipping process below.

1. Digital Deliverables

For standard design services (e.g., logos, social media graphics, branding materials):

  • Delivery Method: Digital files (JPEG, PNG, PDF, AI, etc.) are delivered via email or a secure download link.
  • Delivery Timeline: Files are typically delivered within the project’s specified timeframe and upon final approval and payment.
  • Shipping Fees: There are no shipping fees for digital files.

2. Physical Deliverables

For clients who order physical items, such as printed business cards, posters, or merchandise:

We currently ship physical products within Pakistan. International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional costs.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the item’s weight, dimensions, and destination. Shipping charges will be included in your final invoice or communicated prior to finalizing your order.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Within Pakistan: Typically 5-10 business days, depending on your location.
  • International Shipping: Estimated 10-20 business days. Customs processing times may vary by country.

We will provide tracking information once the order is dispatched.

3. Order Processing

Once your design is approved and payment is confirmed:

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days.
  • Production time for custom printed items varies, and we will communicate specific timelines based on your order.

4. Tracking and Notifications

Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date. You can use this tracking information to monitor your package’s progress.

5. Custom Duties and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations. QDesignStudio is not responsible for these additional charges, which are to be paid by the recipient.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays or courier issues. We will communicate any significant delays as soon as possible.

7. Damaged or Lost Items
