Refund Policy

At QDesignStudio, we strive to provide high-quality graphic design services that meet our clients’ needs and expectations. However, we understand that there may be instances where clients seek refunds. This Refund Policy outlines our practices regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. General Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once work has begun. Each project requires time, effort, and resources tailored specifically to your needs, making refunds complex to process. However, we will work diligently with you to ensure satisfaction.

2. Deposit Payments

A 50% deposit is required to initiate most projects. This deposit is non-refundable as it secures your slot in our schedule and compensates for the initial work invested. The remaining balance is due upon project completion.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Started: If the project has not yet begun, a partial refund may be issued upon request, minus any administrative fees.
  • Project Canceled by QDesignStudio: If, for any reason, we are unable to complete your project, we will issue a full or partial refund depending on the work completed.
  • Failure to Meet Agreed Milestones: If agreed milestones are not met within the stipulated timeframe, we may issue a partial refund based on the work not completed.

4. Revisions and Dissatisfaction

We offer a set number of revisions for each project, which will be clarified in your project agreement. If, after using all available revisions, you are still dissatisfied with the final output, we will work with you to make additional adjustments. Additional revisions beyond the initial scope may incur extra charges.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Client-Initiated Cancellations: If you choose to cancel the project after work has begun, we reserve the right to retain the deposit and may issue a partial refund depending on the amount of work completed.
  • Cancellation Due to Lack of Communication: If a client does not respond within 14 days, the project may be considered canceled. In such cases, the deposit will not be refunded, and we reserve the right to terminate the project.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed projects with all agreed revisions delivered.
  • Refund requests based solely on a change of mind after project initiation.
  • Refund requests submitted after final delivery of files and project completion.
  • Dissatisfaction stemming from preferences not communicated during the project or revisions stage.
